Groundbreaking in McAllen

Living in McAllen, TX? Or driving through any time soon? Well we have good news for you if you are in the area! The city will soon have more places to shop and eat. VCC is back working at Palm's Crossing and is adding a 17,000 sq. foot  expansion to the Washington Prime Group development. Cowboy chicken, Il Forno, and Reserva Coffee Roasters will join Babie's R' Us, Ulta, Barnes & Noble and more.

Additional tenants will be announced at a later date. At the Groundbreaking, Jim Darling, McAllen's mayor said "I'm excited about the economic impact this project will have for our city." We sure are too! The ground breaking on this open-air promenade near the McAllen Convention Center was on April 5, 2017 and is expected to be completed in Spring 2018. For more information on the ground breaking read this article from http://www.yourvalleyvoice.com/news/20170406/palms-crossing-17000-square-foot-expansion-breaks-ground.
