Multi Family
The Residences at Windward Passage
Owner: Windward Passage Condominiums LLC

The Residences at Windward Passage are comprised of 55 condominium units located within the “Island Estates”, a small shopping and residential community along the Florida Gulf coast. The condos were designed to emulate the architecture found in Marbella, Spain. The sophisticated plans for the project involved incorporating a five-story Spanish revival design with gracious arches and extensive use of glass to take advantage of the beautiful waterfront location. Inside the units, the layout reveals expansive balconies that flow into large living areas with open floor plans. With this design, residents enjoy spacious units that are 25 percent larger than typical properties. Refined details and artistic island décor add further flavor to the tranquil atmosphere of the private complex. Each luxury defined unit is on the waterfront overlooking Windward’s private marina.

This golf and lake community, complete with an Augusta-style clubhouse, a lakeside conference center and marina, overlooks Lake Martin’s 44,000 acres of pristine waters.

Student Village - Ouachita Baptist University
Owner: Ouachita Baptist University

Ouachita Baptist University contracted with VCC for the new student dormitory centers. This project will include the complete construction of three student residency halls. Phase I of the first two halls consist of 184 units. Phase II development will add the third four story residence hall consisting of another 92 units.
Sophomore Housing - Ouachita Baptist University

The OBU Sophomore Housing project involved the construction of two (2) new dormitories. Each dormitory has three (3) levels with a basement including bedrooms with shared toilets, community room, apartment, and laundry facility.
Anthony Hall - Ouachita Baptist University

Architect: Lewis Elliot & Studer
Ouachita Baptist University contracted with VCC for the new Anthony Hall. The 187-calendar-day schedule was achieved through the cooperative effort of designers led by the architects Lewis Elliott & Studer, Inc., of Little Rock and all of the subcontractors and vendors who accepted the challenge. The teamwork exhibited by these companies with VCC and the administrative staff of OBU proves once again - we make things happen.
McAlister Hall - University of Central Arkansas

McAlister Hall is an on-campus dormitory housing the attending students of UCA.
