Being safe is a team effort!

VCC’s approach to safety is simple—put “safety first” in your workplace and job site. It takes us working together as a team to make it safe.

We wrote our safety program with two objectives in mind. First, we want our safety program to be easily understood. By using the most comprehensive and advanced technology to implement the training, we make safety education simple, fun, and unforgettable.

Second, our safety program had to be compliant with all state and federal regulations as directed by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). We consulted other entities, such as Zurich American Insurance Company and the Associated General Contractors of America, for guidance and received recommendations from the OSHA regional directors on our safety program. VCC’s employees ensure that we comply with OSHA regulations by discussing safety concerns and making necessary corrections to safety infractions. We work hard to create the safest possible construction environment.

Being safe in the workplace and on the job site takes a team effort. In order for our projects to be a success, they must be completed safely.
