ENDEAVOUR
The development of the Endeavour software is a hallmark of VCC’s efforts to create an innovative management strategy for our Project Management Teams. Endeavour marks yet another way in which VCC combines experience with technology to engineer the future.
VCC manages entire projects utilizing Endeavour, simultaneously coordinating activities and communicating with the owner, architect, engineers, sub contractors, and job site staff. Aggressive application technology use enables VCC to significantly improve materials delivery, information gathering, and decision-making for reduced risk.
The functions of Endeavour include:
- Project Management
- Expediting
- Contract Management
- Field Purchasing
- Document Control
With Endeavour, all Project related data such as daily diaries, schedules, photographs, RFI tracking and response, submittals and transmittals are posted on the VCC Web Portal for review by team members via a web browser 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
