The VCC Online Portal allows you to perform several necessary actions during your involvement of the project. Some of these actions include:

2019: A Year in Review


2019 was a banner year at VCC giving back to our communities through our VCC Cares Foundation as well as building landmarks all over the country. We broke ground on several new projects, such as University of Arkansas Student Success Center, Live Grandscape multifamily, Hyatt House MetroPark Square, Link Apartments, and more!  We have many ongoing projects such as Madison Yards, Mark 302, Fordham Boulevard Apartments, Stonestown Galleria, Wimbledon Green Apartments, MetroPark Square, and Esplanade at Aventura to name just a few. We have completed several retail redevelopment projects such as renovating and redeveloping parts of Stonebriar Centre into a KidZania, redeveloped a former Sears into Corbin Collection, and completed major renovations on the award winning King of Prussia and Rosedale Centers. We completed several Public Storage projects across the country, with more underway. We also completed a few multifamily projects such as The Palmer and The Collective. Other notable completed projects this year is 8550 Santa Monica Blvd, Residence Inn, two CMX Cinemas, and three Movie Taverns.

By far our largest completed project was The SoNo Collection for Brookfield Properties! We joint ventured with KBE Building Corporation to construct a ground up new enclosed mall in Norwalk, CT. It is 725,000 sf three story of regionally selected shopping with Bloomingdale's and Nordstrom as anchors. With a sleek and modern look, you will find many modern incentives such as free Wi-Fi, gathering places, curated murals, interactive light installations, and a sculpture garden on the rooftop for outdoor gatherings. Pinstripes bowling alley recently opened to have fun bowling with friends. SoNo boasts Amazon's first brick and mortar outlet in the state. In addition to completing the enclosed structure, we also completed an attached 8-story, 1.2 million sf parking structure. We are very proud of all of our projects that we have begun and completed this year.
