The Chancellor Hotel

VCC had the pleasure of conducting a complete renovation on the Chancellor Hotel, formerly a Hilton, Radisson and Cosmopolitan branded hotel. The renovation entailed 210 luxury guest rooms, 14th and 15th floor suites with exclusive access on the top floor featuring the marquee “Chancellor Suite,” a new lobby, bar and restaurant and a complete exterior refurbishment. New Elevators, MEP systems and all new FF&E installation were also part of the construction scope.
