Tampa Premium Outlets

VCC has recently finished new construction on the Tampa Premium Outlets. This project is one of the largest Phase 1 Outlet Malls that Simon Premium Outlets has developed. VCC has worked closely with SWFWMD, Pasco County and Florida DEP to ensure compliance by administering a complex on-site stormwater dewatering and control plan.
VCC successfully completed the project to meet an accelerated schedule, and the outlet center opened just 12 months after the start date.
