Pinstripes

Our team undertook the demolition of a two-story Sears store at Westfield Topanga Mall. We completed the interior build-out to create a luxurious two-story entertainment center, Pinstripes, featuring bowling lanes, bocce courts, and a full-service bar. This project is part of a broader expansion at Topanga Mall and is one of five Pinstripes locations contracted with VCC. The transformation from a retail space to a premier entertainment venue highlights our expertise in delivering high-quality tenant improvements.
