Fashion Show Mall

Fashion Show Mall, located in the heart of the Las Vegas Strip, was renovated to improve market competitiveness, create more activity in the plaza, and to add more restaurants to a high traffic area. This project came with a host of obstacles, but the VCC team was proactive in addressing and handling any issues that may arise. For one, the Fashion Show Mall is located on the Las Vegas strip, a high traffic area for the public. Keeping continual public access was required and the VCC team came up with various solutions to ensure that access would not be an issue. With the attentiveness and collaboration from our team, the Fashion Show Mall renovation was completed on-budget and on-time.
