Ouachita Baptist Sophomore Housing

VCC constructed two new dormitories for Ouachita Baptist University. The new residences, built for the University’s sophomores, have modern, updated floor plans that include 32 spacious dorm rooms, two residential advisors’ apartments, public restrooms and community rooms. With durable materials the new facilities are clean, utilitarian and spacious.
The construction team worked carefully around single-family homes located across the street. Precautions were established to protect student pedestrian traffic as well. VCC completed the project so that it was ready for occupancy for fall semester students.
