Exciting News from VCC!

Last week, our team proudly attended the groundbreaking for Lulah Hills, a transformative project in Decatur, GA. This landmark development, led by EDENS, will replace the historic North DeKalb Mall with a vibrant mixed-use space featuring retail, grocery, multifamily housing, and future hotel accommodations.

The groundbreaking event drew over 100 community members and project stakeholders, braving Atlanta’s sweltering 97-degree heat to witness the commencement of demolition. This project holds promise to reinvigorate the community, much like the original mall did in the 1960s.

Our VCC project team, including EVP Brian Core, VP Mike Jacobs, General Superintendent Rick Amick, PM Graham Wildmon, and PE Austin Neely, proudly represented us at this significant event. Despite Senior PM Adam Hall’s absence, we were honored to participate and look forward to bringing Lulah Hills to life for the Decatur community!
