Another Project Underway for the University of Arkansas!

Yesterday we broke ground on our project for the University of Arkansas! Centrally located on the Fayetteville Campus, we are constructing a ground-up 77,000 sf Student Success Center Building. Architecturally it will maintain the historic core of the campus with modern touches, such as vast windows. At the groundbreaking our team as well as Dr. Bobbitt, ASG President Jared Pinkerton, and others, including our mascot, Big Red, were in attendance. According to the UA press release, Chancellor Steinmetz said, “This center is an essential part of our one-student-at-a-time philosophy here at the U of A. It will provide a hub of services and resources to support students from the time they are admitted through graduation and the beginning of their careers.” VCC has completed other buildings on this campus, such as Ozark Hall, but also projects such as Donaghey Aquatic Center on the Little Rock campus. We are honored to be chosen once again to complete this monumental project at the University of Arkansas, where we have several staff that are among the distinguished alumnus, including our CEO, Sam Alley.
