Renovation to a Luxurious Resort.
Our team has been recognized as a top hospitality construction company in the US. We have built hotel projects all across the country, from new builds to renovations, and we are excited for our newest project- the Vail Marriott Mountain Resort! Located at the base of Vail Mountain, in the majestic Rocky Mountains, we are updating this luxurious resort. Our scope of work includes updates to nearly 42,000 square feet on portions both interior and exteriors. In one phase we are reconfiguring an existing spa area. We are converting an existing indoor pool into an exercise area. Another phase is to renovate the lobby, bar and restaurant, and meeting rooms. Another phase will see us renovating the outdoor pool and terrace. Lastly, we are giving one side of the building facade a facelift. Currently, we are finalizing the interior renovations with the exterior portions are underway.
