Newpark Mall Renovations Complete!

VCC recently completed renovations on NewPark Mall. This multi-million dollar project included demolishing a Target to make room for an AMC at the top level and John’s Incredible Pizza at the bottom level (John’s Incredible Pizza is an ongoing project to be completed Spring 2017). The theater includes IMAX and Dolby digital theaters. Cutting into the existing mall entrance, we created a grand courtyard entry, added storefront, and balcony for their Restaurant Row. Pieology and Stone Cold Creamery have recently opened. VCC also revamped H & M by creating a 25,000 square foot two-story store within the mall with shell improvements including vertical transportation.
