Check out the Shoppes at Bel Air
We are excited to tell you about one of the projects that we completed in 2016, The Shoppes at Bel Air, formerly Bel Air Mall. The Rouse Properties owned The Shoppes at Bel Air is in beautiful Mobile, AL. Our scope of work included demolition, paint, flooring, updating the common areas, lighting/fixtures, adding utilities for kiosks, asphalt, landscaping, and so much more. To the common area, we also added a new self-contained fountain for everyone to enjoy. We created two new entrances with stucco, handicap ramps, sliding doors, signage, and landscaping. Part of the demolition was to bring Versona, Men’s Warehouse, P.F. Changs, and Grimaldi’s Pizzeria to the mall. You’re going to need new clothes after eating all of that pizza!
