Top Out Party to Celebrate Paradise Creek
On June 17, 2016, our West Coast Office, along with their crew and some subcontractors, had a Top Out Party for our Paradise Creek project. To celebrate they enjoyed delicious food from the local Louziana Food truck. This crew deserves each and every bite.
Paradise Creek is a joint venture development between Related and Community HousingWorks. This multi-family complex in National City, CA (a suburb of San Diego) will have 109 units, a clubhouse, a parking garage, an elevated podium with the visiting area, a playground, and a picnic area when Phase 1 is completed. Next year, Phase 2 is expected to be completed with an additional 92 units and parking garage. VCC is excited to work as a partner on this project!
