VCC Achieves Gold Fit Worksite Status!
VCC is honored to be given the Gold Fit Worksite status from the American Heart Association. We take great pride in our company striving to be healthy, whether it is in our offices or on the job site, we make it a priority. VCC participates in the Vitality wellness program where our employees can earn points from healthy behaviors and habits. With these points come prizes and “Vitality Bucks” to spend on the online shop. We also have incentives and challenges in place for our employees that lead to lower health insurance rates and more. Many of our employees have reached Platinum already this year, which is the highest Vitality level! VCC strives to ensure that our employees have the right motivation and tools in place to take care of their health.
