Our renovation and expansion of The Shops at Willow Bend is in the news! The renovation will open in phases starting this year to be completed in 2018. We are helping to add up to eight restaurants in an open-air pedestrian area, create a new entrance, renovate the interior of the 125 stores and restaurant mall, as well as create the Willow Bend Center for the Arts to house Plano Children’s Theatre. The expansion will include new retailers and innovative family-oriented experience. Two restaurants, and two stores, Paperchase and Bullzerk, have already been completed.
