Eastridge Mall

Eastridge is a popular mall in suburban San Jose, California that we have worked on for multiple phases for over 10 years. The mall expanded in one area for a new 24 Hour Fitness tenant that has a swimming pool and an attached outdoor half basketball court. Another new entertainment tenant for the mall is a bowling/karaoke space. The back-of-house functional spaces, behind the sports and entertainment tenants, were also redesigned. HVAC and plumbing modifications were needed including a new sewer lift station for the fitness center’s pool. Shell space construction, with structural and electrical upgrades, was a key component of the renovation. Exterior entrances and windows were added to accommodate the new tenants. Completing an extensive renovation at night within a six-month turnaround was key on this project.
